Cranial Nerve I: The Olfactory Nerve

Ocular Mobility: Cranial Nerves III, IV, and VI

CN III\text{CN III} (Oculomotor), CN IV\text{CN IV} (Trochlear), and CN VI\text{CN VI} (Abducens) are often tested together as they govern eye movements and pupillary responses. CN III\text{CN III} involves upward eye movement and the pupillary reflex. It is tested using a penlight to check for light reaction and a finger to check for accommodation.
