Renewal

Sponsorship and Apparel Supply Services

SAS Sport Obligations

  1. Financial Contributions

    • SAS Sport will pay WBHS $50,000 annually (two installments of $25,000).

    • Goods in kind worth $55,000 per year provided to WBHS.

  2. Referral Rebate Benefits

    • $3,000 plus GST for partnerships with schools under 1000 students.

    • $5,000 plus GST for schools over 1000 students.

  3. Uniform Design and Production

    • Free design services for team uniforms and merchandise.

    • Maintain cost control in accordance with pricing at the time of the agreement.

    • Price adjustments may occur with proper notice.

  4. Quality Assurance

    • Maintain high quality of apparel; substandard products will be replaced at no cost.

  5. Lead Times

    • Standard lead time of 6 weeks post-approval; may increase during certain months.

  6. Specific Funding Allocations

    • Elite Sports Uniforms: $40k/year

    • Staff Uniforms: $10k/year

    • School Leaver Uniforms: $10k/year

    • Hardship Funds: $5k/year

  7. IBSCC Sponsorship

    • Cash sponsorship of $10k and provision of volunteer uniforms.

    • Merchandise development for event attendees.

WBHS Obligations

  1. Purchasing Requirements

    • WBHS must purchase all apparel from SAS Sport, excluding specific Leavers Apparel.

  2. Collaboration on Events

    • Provide timely details related to sports and school events; supply necessary logos.

  3. Web Presence and Promotion

    • Link from WBHS to the SAS Sport website.

    • Promote SAS Sport as a primary sponsor using their logo.

  4. Player Apparel Compliance

    • Encourage players to wear SAS Sport products and avoid competitors' branding.

  5. Provision for IBSCC

    • Give SAS Sport a display area and recognition as a sponsor during the event.

Other Sponsors and Associations

  • WBHS will not grant sponsorship or advertising rights to competing entities as per SAS Sport’s stipulation.

Termination Conditions

Grounds for Termination

  • Breach of agreement that is not remedied.

  • Insolvency or liquidation of either party.

  • Any controversy adversely affecting a party's rights.

Consequences of Termination

  • SAS Sport will have no further obligations under the agreement if terminated.

Approval Process

  • Both parties must approve advertising and promotional materials referencing each other.

Confidentiality Clause

  • WBHS must keep confidentiality regarding the agreement terms and specifics of the sponsorship.

Notices

  • Protocol established for sending notices between parties.

  • Specific address details included.

Dispute Resolution

  • Initial resolution via discussion; if unsuccessful, mediation will be sought.

Assignment and Waiver

  • Neither party may assign rights without prior consent.
