Fair Market Value: Value at which asset/liability would change hands between a willing buyer/sellers when they are not under any compulsion to buy/sell
Investment Value: An asset may be worth more to a particular buyer (ex: synergies)
than its fair market value due to specific circumstances, such as strategic advantages or unique benefits that align with the buyer's objectives.
