    Post-Result Actions

    • Monitor individual APS websites, noticeboards & newspaper ads for vacancy notifications.
    • Apply separately to desired schools; selection/appointment handled by each School/Board of Administration.

    Grievance Redressal (Stage 2 & 3)

    • Address complaints to Chairman, Board of Administration, AWES at respective Regional Command HQ (Southern, Eastern, Central, Western, Northern, South-Western).

    Administrative/Practical Insights & Tips

    • OST Weightage: Even though not compulsory, high OST marks significantly boost interview merit; aim ≥70%70\% (140\ge140 marks) for competitive edge.
    • Document Discipline: Ensure all uploads are clear, legible, and true copies; discrepancies cause immediate disqualification with no fee refund.
    • Qualification Planning:
      • If you lack CTET/TET, schedule its attempt before interviews conclude to avoid adhoc-only offers.
      • Bridge Course (when launched by NCTE) is compulsory for B.Ed-qualified PRTs appointed prior to 11Aug202311\,\text{Aug}\,2023.
    • Negative Marking Strategy: Attempt only well-known answers; guessing five Qs wrongly equals losing 1.251.25 marks.
    • Police Verification: Start process immediately on receiving offer to meet 3030-day deadline.
    • Cluster Logic: While applying/interviewing, study all schools within that cluster; posting can be in any of them.
    • Score-Improvement: Because the card is life-long, a later better score replaces the old one—worth re-appearing if initially low.
    • Exam Readiness: Review NCERT texts thoroughly (Class I–X for PRT/TGT; IX–XII for PGT) as blueprints map Qs directly to these chapters.
