S-Specific: add detailed, what exactly do you want
M-Measurable: how to tell in you are doing better
A-Achievable: Can you achieve it/ is it realistic
R-Relevant/realistic: why you want it/ do you care about it.
T-Time Oriented- the amount of time until completion (dead line)
Short term goal- something you can accomplish now. ex. wanting to get above a 90%
Long term goal- something later down the line. ex. becoming a lawyer
Personal goals- effect those around us
Work goals: jobs
Learning goals: learning
Community: contributions and actions that benefit the community
Financial: saving money
