Definition: The feeling or emotion that a reader gets from a story or scene.

Example: The dark forest created a tense mood.

Definition: A story or account of events.

Example: The narrative follows a young girl on her journey to find her lost dog.

Example: The rising action includes the challenges the hero faces before the big battle.

Definition: The time and place where a story happens.

Example: The setting of the story is a small village in winter.
