Work, Energy and Power
Work- is what happens when you apply a force over a certain distance to a system
work is change in energy
Energy - the ability to do work
Kinetic Energy - the energy of motion
Potiental Energy- is the erngy that could be used to be work

Gravitational Potential Energy
Force Spring - equal to the distance by which itâs either compressed or stretched
System- whatever section of the universe you happen to be talking about at the time
- Energy can neither be created or destroyed
Conservative System-one that doesnât lose energy through work.
Average Power- work over time
measured in watts
measures how much energy is converted over time
