Respiratory | Facilitates gas exchange by bringing in oxygen and removing carbon dioxide. Main Organ: Lungs, trachea, bronchi, and larynx |
Digestive | Breaks down food into usable nutrients and absorbs them into the bloodstream. Main Organs : Mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestines, large intestines, liver, and pancreas. |

Immune / Lymphatic | Defends the body against pathogens and maintains fluid balance. Main organs: Lymph nodes, lymphatic vessels, spleen, thymus, and bone marrow. |
