Determining the Concentration of Glucose

Known conc. of glucose → might need to do a serial dilution

Benedict’s test → because it is a reducing sugar (quantitative Benedict’s = only brick red

Run through centrifuge

Use a colorimeter to form a calibration curve - calibrate with distilled water and put on red setting

Compare unknown absorbance to the known absorbances on the curve
