• Color wheel: the relationship between primary and secondary colors

• Red, yellow, and blue

• Secondary colors:

  • Purple, orange, and green

  • They are called secondary colors bc:

    • Red + blue = purple

    • Red + yellow = orange

    • Yellow + blue = green

• Complementary colors: colors that are opposite each other on the traditional color wheel

• Tertiary colors: one primary color and one secondary color mixed together

• Fun fact: God uses complementary colors too
