Key Vocabulary
Sender: The person who creates and sends the message.
Receiver: The person who receives and interprets the message.
Message: The information, idea, or thought being communicated.
Channel: The method or medium used to deliver the message (e.g., email, speech, text).
Encoding: The process of turning thoughts into a message.
Decoding: The process of interpreting or understanding a message.
Feedback: The response from the receiver to the sender, showing understanding or reaction.
Noise: Anything that interferes with the communication process (physical, psychological, or semantic).
Verbal Communication: Using words to convey a message (spoken or written).
Non-Verbal Communication: Using body language, facial expressions, gestures, or tone to communicate.
