What does friendship with the world mean? Friendship with the world means you are enemies with God
What is God’s attitude to the proud? To the humble? He is opposed to the attitude of the proud and he is there for the humble, being humble will allow God to draw near to us.

What purpose does earthly riches serve in regards to the rich? Their earthly riches will be a testament that all they cared about was storing earthly treasures
