    • Mammary Glands: Modified cutaneous glands located on ventrolateral walls:
      • Bitch (Dog): 5 pairs5\text{ pairs} (10 glands10\text{ glands}: Cranial Thoracic, Caudal Thoracic, Cranial Abdominal, Caudal Abdominal, Inguinal).
      • Queen (Cat): 4 pairs4\text{ pairs} (8 glands8\text{ glands}).
