Chase Hughes Notes

Psychopathy

  • Aaron Caffey case: Embodiment of a psychopath; orchestrated the murder of her parents and brother, and had her boyfriend commit these crimes.

  • Boyfriend was highly suggestible, not a psychopath.

  • Psychopaths are hard to spot until after they commit heinous acts.

  • Narcissists are comparably easier to identify, especially in early dating scenarios.

    • They tend to blame others for failed relationships, portraying themselves as victims.
    • They often lack local friends, struggling to maintain close relationships.
  • Psychopaths are drawn to large cities.

  • Cities may act as "psychopath factories", fostering psychopathic traits.

    • The bystander effect in cities mirrors psychopathic behavior. People are less likely to help someone in need when many others are present, assuming someone else will intervene.
    • In cities, people don't rely on reputation due to the anonymity. This reduces empathy and concern for others.
  • Psychopathy exists on a spectrum rather than a clear diagnosis.

  • The Aaron Caffey case stood out due to her emotionless recounting of horrific crimes, similar to describing a mundane task.

  • She showed no emotion during the aftermath, even while rescuing her dog as the house burned.

  • Psychopaths are adept at mimicking behaviors, making them hard to identify.

  • Though there's no definitive method to identify psychopaths, observing whether someone mirrors your expressions can be a starting point.

    • Normal individuals display eyebrow flash reflexes or mirrored emotions.
    • Psychopaths may show a lack of affect or inappropriate reactions.
  • Inability to mirror other peoples emotions

  • Psychopaths in hypothetical scenarios: Fried chicken

    • Lack of empathy and fried chicken:
      • A psychopath might walk by a severe car accident (a mother bleeding and infant dying) without emotional reaction.
      • They would instead focus on their intention to get fried chicken and later mimic emotional facial expressions.

Reading People

  • Must become familiar with the mask that we wear.

  • There's a way to deal with conflict in a direct way, and it's not a dick!

Mthylene Blue

  • Methylene Blue: miracle that he takes to heal the brain

    • Scrolled up to youtube short and sounded like Huntington Beach and saw it was there because focused on brain stuff constantly
    • Magical properties he mentioned.
    • After doing this he says he's more in focus than since he was 20 yo, better mood than then and red light better. The benefits is brain better as you go, reverse disease. It's not as popular because the patent has expired in late early 1900s. Goes into cellular oxygen. It doubles cellular activity. The main purpose is electron grabber or getter that goes to the mitochondria and donates that to the cellular electrons. Reactive oxygen species that make up all disease, that is where the electron getter helps prevent it. Cancer urinary tracts are caused by infection or inflammation. Blue dies temporary all cells.
    • No side effects prescription is even on the counter side!
    • I feel dumb for not giving credit to the people who have helped me. Please check out the studies and the people.
