definition of terms
a. advertisement is any form of medium disseminated for advertising matter
b. advertising means that the business is conceptualizing, or making available to the public through any forms of mass media.
c. advertising agency or agent means an enterprise creating, conducting, producing, or giving counsel for promotional campaigns in behalf of the advertiser
d. advertiser is the client of the advertising agency
e. agricultural purposes means that the purpose is related to the production, harvest, processing, manufacture, distribution, storage, transportation of agricultural, fishery, or marine products
f. amount financed constitute the cash price plus non-finance charges less the amount of any downpayment whether made in cash or in property traded
g. banned hazardous substance
1. any toy or other articles intended for use of children which are hazardous per se, bear substances that are harmful to human beings
2. hazardous substance intended for household use which the implementing agency classifies as banned hazardous substance notwithstanding the existence of cautionary labels to safeguard public health (govern by DOH)
h. batch means quantity of any drug or de vice during given cycle of manufacture
i. Business name, firm name, or style means any name designation other than true name of a person, partnership, corporation or association which is used in the following
written or printer receipt
contract that are not verified by notary public
evidence of any agreement or business transaction

j. cash price or delivered price refers to the amount of money that will be paid in full. the cash price is the raw price while the delivered price is the total price including all the charges
k. pyramid scheme means the recruitment of people whereas everyone that is being recruit shall put up the same capital as the recruiter and their profit relies on the recruits rather than the sales of the product
l. closing out sales mans giving impression to the consumer about a large discount however the actual goal is to close out the inventory
