Right upper quadrant- Liver, stomach, gallbladder, duodenum, right kidney, pancreas, the right adrenal gland, part of large and small intestines.

Right lower quadrant- appendix, reproductive organs, right ureter, part of large and small intestines. 

Left upper quadrant- Liver, stomach, pancreas, left kidney, spleen, the left adrenal gland, part of large and small intestines. 

Left lower quadrant- left ureter, reproductive organs, part of large and small intestines.

Right Hypochondriac Region - Liver, right kidney, gallbladder, large/small intestines.

Left Hypochondriac Region - Liver’s tip, stomach, pancreas, left kidney, spleen, large/small intestines.

Right Lumbar Region - Ascending Colon (Large intestine), small intestine, and right kidney.

Left Lumbar Region - Descending Colon (Large intestine), small intestine, and left kidney.

Right Iliac Region - Appendix, cecum, Ascending Colon (Large intestine), small intestine.

Left Iliac Region - Sigmoid colon(Large intestine), descending colon(Large intestine), small intestine.

Epigastric Region - Liver, stomach, spleen, duodenum, adrenal glands, pancreas.

Umbilical Region - Transverse colon (Large intestine), small intestine, and duodenum.

Hypogastric - Bladder, sigmoid colon (Large intestine), small intestine, reproductive organs.
