Treaty - formal agreement between 2 or more countries

Executive Agreement - formal agreement between president and head of foreign country
recognition power - receives diplomatic representatives from other countries, can send US ambassadors to foreign countries

Commander in Chief, not in the military tho
only person who can use nuclear weapons
can make undeclared war - have acted in 10 wars / conflict without declaring war, created tension / debate
