QUESTION TAGS 

We can add question tags like isn't it?, can you? or didn't they? to a statement to make it into a question.

we use %%positive question tags%% for %%negative sentences%%. For example:-

• We aren't late, are we?
• You weren't sleeping, were you?
• They won't be late, will they?
• The bus isn't coming, is it?
• She's a doctor, isn't she?

  we use %%negative question tags%% for %%positive sentences%%. For example:-

• It was cold yesterday, wasn't it?
• They'll come at six, won't they?
• He can help, can't he?
• We're working tomorrow, aren't we?
• Jay must stay, mustn't he?
