Harassment

    • Intentional repeated following OR course of conduct placing victim in reasonable fear of PI.

Aggravated Harassment

  • 240.30240.30 Aggr. Harassment 2° (Misd.) – Six variants: electronic/phone threats, discriminatory contact, transit worker, family PI, prior Har. 1°.
  • 240.31240.31 Aggr. Harassment 1° (Fel.) – Bias-motivated; includes >5050 damage to religious site, prior bias conviction, swastika, cross burning, noose.

Public Lewdness

  • 245.00245.00 Public lewdness (Misd.) – Lewd exposure in public or visible from public/private place, incl. trespass.
  • 245.03245.03 Public lewdness 1° (Misd.) – Actor ≥1919 intends to be observed by <1616 OR repeat within 1 yr.

Reckless Endangerment

  • 120.20120.20 Reckless endangerment 2° (Misd.) – Reckless conduct creating substantial risk of SPI.
  • 120.25120.25 Reckless endangerment 1° (Fel.) – Depraved indifference, grave risk of death.

Menacing

  • 120.15120.15 Menacing 3° (Misd.) – Physical menace causes/attempts fear of PI/SPI/death.
  • 120.14120.14 Menacing 2° (Misd.) – Weapon display, repeated following, or OOP violation.
  • 120.13120.13 Menacing 1° (Fel.) – Prior Menacing 2°/Menacing PO within 1010 yrs.

Stalking

  • 120.45120.45 (Misd.) – Intentional course of conduct with no legit purpose causing fear of harm, mental harm after warning, or employment threat.
  • 120.50120.50 (Misd.) – Stalking 4° vs 3\ge 3 persons, prior predicate crime, fear of PI/SPI/sex/kidnap, or repeat conviction.
  • 120.55120.55 (Fel.) – Weapon display/threat, prior predicate within 55 yrs, prior stalking conviction, adult vs <1414, or 10\ge10 victims.
  • 120.60120.60 (Fel.) – Stalking 3°(3) or 2° + PI or specified sex/kidnap felonies.

Assault & Related

Definitions: PI = impairment/substantial pain; SPI = risk of death or protracted loss; DW = listed weapons; DI = any item readily capable of causing SPI/death.

Homicide Offenses

  • Murder 1° 125.27125.27 (Fel.) – Intentional killing of protected persons or with listed aggravators (life inmate, murder-for-hire, torture, serial, terrorism, etc.). Actor ≥1818.
  • Murder 2° 125.25125.25 (Fel.) – Intentional killing; depraved indifference; felony-murder (listed felonies); reckless grave risk to <1111; intentional kill <1414 during sex crimes.
  • Manslaughter 1° 125.20125.20 (Fel.) – Intent SPI causes death; extreme emotional disturbance (EED); adult vs victim <1111 PI intent + reckless conduct causing death.
  • Manslaughter 2° 125.15125.15 (Fel.) – Reckless death; assisting suicide.
  • Criminally negligent homicide 125.10125.10 (Fel.) – Criminal negligence causes death.
  • Crimes Against Police Act: Creates Menacing PO 120.18120.18, Aggr. Crim. Neg. Homicide 125.11125.11, Aggr. Manslaughter 2° 125.21125.21, Aggr. Manslaughter 1° 125.22125.22, Aggr. Murder 125.26125.26.

Child-Related Offenses

Kidnapping / Unlawful Imprisonment / Custodial Interference
