Harassment
- Harassment 2° (Violation)
- Intent to harass/annoy/alarm by: physical contact/threat, following, or course of conduct.
- Labor picketing exempt (subs. 2 & 3).
- Must occur in officer’s presence; attempt = completed act.
- Harassment 1° (Misd.)
- Intentional repeated following OR course of conduct placing victim in reasonable fear of PI.
Aggravated Harassment
- Aggr. Harassment 2° (Misd.) – Six variants: electronic/phone threats, discriminatory contact, transit worker, family PI, prior Har. 1°.
- Aggr. Harassment 1° (Fel.) – Bias-motivated; includes > damage to religious site, prior bias conviction, swastika, cross burning, noose.
Public Lewdness
- Public lewdness (Misd.) – Lewd exposure in public or visible from public/private place, incl. trespass.
- Public lewdness 1° (Misd.) – Actor ≥ intends to be observed by < OR repeat within 1 yr.
Reckless Endangerment
- Reckless endangerment 2° (Misd.) – Reckless conduct creating substantial risk of SPI.
- Reckless endangerment 1° (Fel.) – Depraved indifference, grave risk of death.
Menacing
- Menacing 3° (Misd.) – Physical menace causes/attempts fear of PI/SPI/death.
- Menacing 2° (Misd.) – Weapon display, repeated following, or OOP violation.
- Menacing 1° (Fel.) – Prior Menacing 2°/Menacing PO within yrs.
Stalking
- 4° (Misd.) – Intentional course of conduct with no legit purpose causing fear of harm, mental harm after warning, or employment threat.
- 3° (Misd.) – Stalking 4° vs persons, prior predicate crime, fear of PI/SPI/sex/kidnap, or repeat conviction.
- 2° (Fel.) – Weapon display/threat, prior predicate within yrs, prior stalking conviction, adult vs <, or victims.
- 1° (Fel.) – Stalking 3°(3) or 2° + PI or specified sex/kidnap felonies.
Assault & Related
Definitions: PI = impairment/substantial pain; SPI = risk of death or protracted loss; DW = listed weapons; DI = any item readily capable of causing SPI/death.
- 3° (Misd.) – Intentional PI; reckless PI; criminal negligence PI w/ DW/DI (+ extensions: reckless SPI, reckless PI w/ DW/DI, criminal negligence SPI w/ DW/DI).
- 2° (Fel.) – 14 forms incl. intent SPI; intent PI w/ DW/DI; PI to protected employees; reckless SPI w/ DW/DI; drugging; felony assault; inmate assaults; adult vs child; elderly victim; process server.

Kidnapping / Unlawful Imprisonment / Custodial Interference
