Understanding roles of each officer & position requirements 

• President

  • To Preside over meetings, To Appoint committees,To Coordinate chapter activities, and To Represent the chapter in Public Relations.

• Vice President

  •  Assume the duties of the president if necessary Develop the Program of Activities Coordinate committee work Assess Chapter Progress and Establish and maintain a chapter resource file.

• Secretary

  • Keeps minutes, handles correspondence, and maintains member attendance and activity records. 

• Treasurer

  • Manages chapter finances, keeps records of receipts and deposits, and collects dues.

• Reporter

  • Publicizes chapter activities through newsletters, social media, and local media outlets. 

• Sentinel

  • Prepares the meeting room, greets guests, and maintains order during meetings,
