Name Tag:
Males: ¼ inch above right breast pocket
Females: 6¼ inches centered down the right middle seam
Ribbons:
Males: ¼ inch centered above left breast pocket
Females: 6¼ inches centered down the left middle seam
Medals:
Positioned ¼ inch below the ribbons on the wearer’s left breast
J-Bar:
Positioned 1⅞ inches centered on left collar
Service Cap (Anchor):
Positioned 2 inches centered from the fore crease on the left side
Hair Regulations:
Male Hair: Tapered around the ears and neck, must not exceed 2 inches in bulk or touch the collar, back of neck shaved.
Female Hair: Natural appearance, pulled back neatly without strays; may not extend past collar bottom edge.
