To be a leader, you have to know how to:

Talk to people, Be confident, Not be afraid to make a fool of themselves / embarrassing themselves, Learning to include others, Friendly, Dependable, Show perseverance, Be independent, Be understanding, show responsibility, be emotionally strong be encouraging, brave, AND SOOOOOO MUCH MORE!!!

People need social interactions & need people around them! For example, little babies at a shelter didn't have enough actual people around them. And even though they were getting all the food they could need & all the things babies generally need, most of them had ended up sick or dead because weren't enough nurses or people to be around them! Showing that humans need social interactions throughout their life!

There are four stages of character development:

  1. Unconscious, unskilled. You dont know about it, you’re not skilled.

  2. Conscious, unskilled. You think about it, you’re not skilled.

  3. Conscious, skilled. You think about it, you’re skilled.

  4. Unconscious, unskilled. You dont need to think about it, you’re skilled.
