Result of visioning process started in 2015 with citizen participation and technical studies.

Matatag: Strongly rooted with family ties, work-life balance, and community involvement.
Maginhawa: Comfortable life with enough resources, secure homes, and quality education.
Panatag: Secure with resources for needs, savings, peace, security, and a long, healthy life.

All sectors should create opportunities for Filipinos to enjoy a matatag, maginhawa at panatag na buhay.
Government must use policies to steer development towards enabling Filipinos to attain their AmBisyon, across economic, human, and physical dimensions.
The Philippines aims to be a prosperous middle-class society by 2040 where no one is poor.
Economic growth must increase per capita income by at least three-fold and improve the quality of life.

Housing and Urban Development.
Manufacturing: food processing, housing-related, construction-related, transport.
Connectivity: Roads, bridges, ports, airports, transport systems and communication.
Education Services: Formal education and re-tooling.
Tourism and Allied Services.
Agriculture: Food production, commercial crops and agricultural biotechnology.
Health and Wellness Services.

Economic growth should be broad-based, lead to equal income distribution, and aggressively create opportunities for the poor.
Poverty must be eradicated by 2040.
Provide care, health, and education services, especially for infants and children.
Promote healthy lifestyles and work-life balance through policies.
Ensure access to affordable and quality healthcare.

Strengthen societal ties and foster a caring society.
Government must be clean, fair, and citizen-centered to build confidence.
A high-trust society is the bedrock for vibrant, culturally diverse, and resilient communities.
