Realizing the AmBisyon
- All sectors should create opportunities for Filipinos to enjoy a matatag, maginhawa at panatag na buhay.
- Government must use policies to steer development towards enabling Filipinos to attain their AmBisyon, across economic, human, and physical dimensions.
- The Philippines aims to be a prosperous middle-class society by 2040 where no one is poor.
- Economic growth must increase per capita income by at least three-fold and improve the quality of life.
