Privacy Terms Overview
General Offer of Privacy Terms: Provider offers privacy protections as outlined in the DPA with Delaware City Schools to any Subscribing LEA that accepts it.
Extent of Offer:
Covers only privacy protections.
Does not include binding Provider to other terms (e.g., price, services).
Flexible Data Agreement:
Subscribing LEA can alter data sharing requirements to meet specific needs.
Withdrawal of Offering: Provider can revoke the offer under three conditions:
- Material change in applicable privacy statutes.
- Material changes in services/products in the originating Service Agreement.
- Three years post Provider's signature.
Acceptance Process:
Subscribing LEAs must send a signed Exhibit "E" to Provider for acceptance.
Must comply with Article VII of the Originating DPA for effectiveness.
