Interphase: DNA is spread out, Replication starts

Prophase: Chromosomes become visible and have 2 sister chromatids

Metaphase: Chromosomes line up in the middle of the cell

Anaphase: Sister chromatids start separating and move to opposite sides of the cell

Telophase: Chromosomes uncoil back into chromatids
