- Deal with anger in a healthy way by addressing the root unsolved pain.
- Finds peace in trusting Him rather than lashing out in frustration or vengeance.
Cain's Anger (Genesis 4:1-16)
- Cain's anger arose out of jealousy when God favored Abel's sacrifice.
- God gave Cain a chance to deal with his anger in a healthy way.
- Cain allowed his anger to fester, which led him to kill his brother.
- God warned Cain about his anger, but he did not listen.
- Unchecked anger leads to destruction.
- Anger can be dangerous if not managed properly.
- God offers a way out, providing guidance and support for managing anger.
- We have a responsibility to manage anger constructively.
