Why are they important to the study of history?

Otzi is important to the study of history because he gave modern scientists the opportunity to forensically investigate. And Lucy is important because she gave scientists some understanding of early humans

Old Eras \n Difference between Neolithic and Paleolithic eras?

Neolithic means new stone age and Paleolithic means old stone age.

Paleolithic citizens have to hunt and gather with rough stone tools while neolithic citizens had started on farming and more polished tools along with a creating early settlement.

Top - Self Actualization

2nd - Cognitive Needs

3rd - Sense of Belonging

How does it relate to the surplus of food?

It relates to surplus of food because during that time, there was a steady reliable food source, allowing the citizens of that era to move on up the hierarchy triangle. For example they have time for writing and crafts which is in the cognitive needs category.
