Matter Unit Assessment Review Sheet - Test December 16/17th

Format: This test is meant to gauge competency in the subjects covered in the matter unit.

The test will be in two sections: Knowledge, Problem Solving.

General Notes and Study Tips:

  • Students may use calculators in the room or bring their own.

  • Simply memorizing the vocabulary is not enough for a physical science test. Students must make connections, find patterns and answer 'how' and 'why' questions.

  • Students should review mathematical concepts and perform practice problems to prepare for the problem solving, but not all of the problem solving is math based.

  • The review sheet is a good guide for what may be on the test, but any and all information provided in class and in homework is fair game for this exam.
