Legs and Feet (NYS Notes)

The bones of the legs and feet are as follows:

▶ Femur - The largest bone of the body, forms the upper leg.

▶ Fibula - The smaller bone of the lower leg. Located on the pinky toe side.

▶ Tibia - The largest bone of the lower leg. Located on the big toe side.

▶ Patella (also called the Kneecap)

▶ Tarsus - Triangular bones that make up the ankle.

▶ Metatarsals - The five slender bones of foot.
