Non-fragmenting stun hand grenade.
What is the purpose of the M84?
Disorient, distract, and temporarily incapacitate.
How long does the M84 flash and bang effect last?
<5seconds.
What fuse is used with the M84?
M201 igniting fuse.
What is the GG04?

What does the GG04 deploy?
Rubber pellets and flash-bang effects.
What is the effective range of the GG04?
15−20meters.
What is the danger radius of the GG04?
Approximately 20feet.
What must never happen after safety pins are removed from stun grenades?
Do not loosen grip on the spoon.
What PPE is required during stun grenade training?
Hearing and eye protection.
What does crowd control planning require?
Mission analysis and appropriate NLW selection.
What is the primary purpose of NLWs?
Gain compliance while reducing risk of death or serious injury.
Can NLWs cause injury?
Yes, misuse can cause serious injury or death.
What is the recommended target area for impact munitions?
Center mass or approved target areas depending on munition.
What areas should never be intentionally targeted unless deadly force is justified?
Head and neck.
Why are annual certifications required?
To maintain proficiency and authorization.
What must be completed before live employment of sting ball grenades?
Initial certification and annual recertification.
