What is HBDI?
The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, a tool used to measure thinking preferences and brain dominance.
Four Quadrants of HBDI
HBDI divides thinking preferences into four quadrants: A (Analytical), B (Sequential), C (Interpersonal), D (Imaginative).
Quadrant A - Analytical
This quadrant focuses on logical reasoning, analysis, and data interpretation.
Quadrant B - Sequential
This quadrant emphasizes structured, organized, and step-by-step thinking.
Quadrant C - Interpersonal
This quadrant is centered around emotional expression, empathy, and personal relationships.
Quadrant D - Imaginative
This quadrant highlights creativity, innovation, and holistic thinking.
HBDI Profiles
Individuals can have a dominant quadrant, a mixed profile, or a balanced brain dominance across quadrants.
