Continuous training
Preforming a activity contin without resting for a long period of time, such as Running, swimming, or bike riding.
Interval training
Periods of work alternated with periods of rest, such as a 20×5m Sprint with breaks in between.
Circut training
Station to station, using diffrent muscle groups and/or preforming diffrent exersice with or without equipment, involving between 6−10 activities.
Resistance / weight training
Training using Weight, resistance bands or your own body weight to make your muscles work; it works in a repetition and sets system.
Fartlek training
Short bursts of speed throughout a continues training session, alternating between Jog and Sprint.
Flexiability training
Variety of stretches to improve the movements of joints and increase muscler elasticity.
