aerobic capacity
ability of the heart, lungs and circulatory system to supply oxygen and nutrients effectively to working muscles and remove waste products eg. AFL, XC, swimming
muscular strength
ability of a muscle to exert force by contracting against resistance eg. AFL, rugby

ability to sustain or repeat a series of muscle contractions without fatigue eg. waterpolo, swimming, rowing
flexibility
ability of a join to move through its fullest range of motion eg. AFL, ballet, gymnastics
