POWER lamp (Green - On)
Indicates that the power to the device is turned on.
POWER lamp (Orange - On)
Indicates a firmware version update in progress, completion of Rakuraku/WPS Wi-Fi settings, or device recovery.
POWER lamp (Red - Blinking)
Indicates the unit is in the initialization preparation state or that a WPS Wi-Fi setting has failed.
ACTIVE lamp (Orange - On - Base Unit)
Indicates the device is operating in Bridge Mode.
ACTIVE lamp (Green - Fast Blinking - Base Unit)
Indicates that the device is confirming a response from the peer (PPPoE) or waiting for IPv4 over IPv6 communication establishment.
ACTIVE lamp (Red - Slow Blinking - Base Unit)
Indicates that internet communication is temporarily unavailable during IPv4 over IPv6 communication mode.
2.4GHz lamp (Green - Fast Blinking)
Indicates that data is currently being transmitted or received on the 2.4GHz band.
5GHz lamp (Orange - Blinking)
Indicates the device is detecting interference (radar waves) on W53 or W56 channels.
TV lamp (Green - On)
Indicates TV mode is set to 'Use' or a link is established with a wireless client in extension mode on the 5GHz band.
CONVERTER lamp (Green - Blinking - Base Unit)
Indicates the forced DHCP server function is active while in Bridge Mode.
All Front Lamps Red
Indicates that a firmware abnormality has been detected.
ACTIVE lamp (Orange - On - Converter Mode)
Indicates the link with the base unit is established via 5GHz Wi-Fi or the unit is operating as a mesh repeater.
2.4GHz lamp (Orange - On/Blinking - Converter Mode)
Indicates 2.4GHz signal strength with the base unit is 'Medium'.
5GHz lamp (Red - On/Blinking - Converter Mode)
Indicates 5GHz signal strength with the base unit is 'Weak'.
CONVERTER lamp (Orange - On - Converter Mode)
Indicates the device is operating as a repeater without using the mesh function.
CONVERTER lamp (Green - On - Converter Mode)
Indicates the device is operating as a child unit (client) with repeater functions stopped, or as a mesh repeater.
LAN port
Port used to connect PCs or game consoles using a Category 5e or higher LAN cable (UTP cable recommended).
WAN port
Port used to connect to a broadband modem; can also be used as a LAN port when in non-mesh repeater/client mode.
Rakuraku Start button
A physical button used for WPS/Rakuraku Wi-Fi settings or to activate the forced DHCP server function.
Status Display Lamp Setting (Off)
A mode where lamps are turned off, which can be temporarily bypassed for 3 minutes by pressing the Rakuraku Start button for 2 to 3 seconds.
