Water has two differently charged ends, like a magnet. The opposites attract, the 1 Oxygen attracts to the 2 Hydrogen Molecules. And the sticking together of the Polar Molecules is called Hydrogen Bonding

they dont have clean/safe areas to go to bathroom and dispose of their waste, and if they do the water goes straight in the river, which is where the water supply comes from, some guy tested out a toilet that disposes the waste in a safe way and tested it on the rich and then rolled it out to the lower clases in a central location, costs 3 cents per use and is a great long term investment for the country of kenya to clean their country up so people dont dispose of human waste on the streets
