Assumes that benefit outweighs risk

Assumes current evidence will not change. Argument believes someone will happen in the future, then its likely a conclusion

Direct Cause and Effect. CAUTION: belief of truth because of events doesn't always indicate causal conclusion

Arguer provides subjective attribute. Scientific facts aren’t assessments

Conclusion  - Definitive

Every, All, None, Never, Will, either 100% or 0%. NOTE: in match structure or match flaws, degree of conclusion in answer should match the degree of argument conclusion. NOTE: Flaw questions, definitive conclusions mean arguer is overlooking something
