what are the types of long term care services
◼ Home Care: Short-term, skilled care. Hospice.
◼ Community Care: Includes adult day care centers, meal programs (Meals on Wheels), senior centers, transportation.
◼ Independent Living: <75 yrs. Do not need regular healthcare services.
◼ Congregate Care Facilities: > 55 yrs. No assistance.
◼ Assisted-living Facilities: 24 hr. supervision.
◼ Skilled Nursing Facilities: Can’t live independently
