Onion Rings
12 sliced sweet onions, hand dipped in buttermilk, flour and seasoning, fried and served with a side of ranch dressing and chipotle ranch. (10-12 Minute cook time.)
Firecracker Shrimp
A mound of crispy fried shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce served on a bed of lettuce.
Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
A generous portion of chilled medium shrimp served with a sweet sauce made from tomatoes, chilies, onion, cilantro, and avocado. Served with tortilla chips.
Mussel Frites
Prince Edward Island Mussels sautéed in a white wine butter. Served with steak fries and zesty mustard sauce for dipping.
Seafood Fondue
Rich wine sauce, shrimp, and crawfish tails. Served with chips and French Bread. (If a customer requests double french bread and no chips it is a $1 up charge.)
Bacon Wrapped Scallops
2 bacon wrapped scallops served with a bed a grit.
Fried Green Tomatoes & Grits
Cheesy Grits sautéed andouille sausage, bacon, bell peppers and onions.
