Facilitator
A person who guides meetings or workshops to help participants achieve the desired outcomes efficiently.
Agile Project Manager
A leader who applies agile principles and practices to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects while fostering collaboration.
Workshop (Agile Context)
A focused, collaborative session where team members or stakeholders work together to clarify requirements, solve problems, or make decisions.
Meeting Goal
The specific objective or outcome a meeting is intended to accomplish, identified beforehand to keep discussions on track.
Ground Rules
Agreed-upon norms—such as no cell phones, no over-talking, and respectful language—that set expectations for participant behavior.
Timing (Agenda Time-boxes)
Pre-allocated time slots for each agenda topic to prevent meetings from running long and wasting participants’ time.
Agenda
An ordered list of topics, each with a time-box, that structures a meeting and communicates expectations to attendees.

A session at the end of a sprint where the team demonstrates completed work to stakeholders and gathers feedback.
Effective Meeting
A gathering that accomplishes its goals within the set time, engages participants, and produces clear follow-up actions.
Assistant (Meeting Support)
Someone who helps the facilitator by managing logistics, capturing notes, or handling tools so discussions can flow smoothly.
