Interaction Management

• Helps you understand how and when to open and close CMC topic and what kind of medium to use.

Expressiveness

• Concern how articulate and pleasing you are within your CMC. Those who can respond and engage rapidly and expressively generally consider to be more competent online.

Composure

• Is a measure of how skilled you are at expressing yourself online.

Permanence

A regrettable text message, email, or web posting can be archived virtually forever.
